The Pittsburgh Steelers have finalized and received their rings from winning Super Bowl 43:
“The ring is cast in 14 karat yellow gold with black antique backgrounds to reflect the Steelers’ colors. The Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl XLIII ring weighs 104 grams (approximately 3.7 ounces) and incorporates 63 round, brilliant cut diamonds totaling 3.61 carats.”
It also looks as big as Jerome Bettis. Look at that thing. IT’S FREAKING HUGE. The ring was designed and crafted by Josten’s. They made my high school and college rings. If something like this was on the menu, I would have def coughed up a little extra…. wait, they cost how much? Ehhhh, never mind.
If you look at this team, it’s not crazy to think that a seventh one is on its way. Defense is still solid, Big Ben is still the QB. The WR corps could use a little help, but… hey, they weren’t the bees knees last year either.
